Distribute materials to the appropriate small group during LIFE sessions

Length/Time Commitment

• One year – approx. 20 sessions
• 1 hour per session

Primary Responsibilities

• Distribute prepared supplies to appropriate small groups’ drawers
• Remove old supplies from small groups’ drawers and returned to appropriate bin

• Organizational skills

• Written directions

• Varied – approx. 1-2 hours a month

Primary Responsibilities

• Check wooden credenza outside of main office for supplies that need to be completed.
• Take supplies home and complete following directions provided.
• Return completed supplies by the assigned date.

Requirements

• Commitment to completing and returning supplies by assigned date

Support Provided

• Emails informing that supplies are ready to be picked up for preparation
• Directions on how to prepare supplies with due dates
• All materials needed
